Corrugated Beam Form (CBF) is a rapid and cost effective method of constructing on-site concrete ground beams and pile caps.
Manufactured from 8mm thick heavy duty polypropylene, it is faster and easier to install than traditional timber shuttering and steel pan construction. Our high grade polypropylene copolymer is non-toxic, recyclable and poses no threat to humans or the environment.
CBF can be bent to form any ground beam detail and requires less excavation than traditional shuttering. It is light and rigid, so easy to handle on site. If you take advantage of our drawing take off service we can deliver pre-cut and prefabricated U-shaped channels to site when they are needed, reducing your onsite storage requirements.
