Installing Ground Beams
CBF is easily cut and bent on site using a sharp knife and can be used to form any ground beam profile.

Any reasonable backfill material may be used with CBF, in most cases excavated from the same site. Spacers clipped to the reinforcement cage ensure the beam profile is maintained.
- CBF is shown below being used both in strips and in full U-sections in typical ground beam applications.
- The backfill must be placed behind the board to counteract the pressure exerted by the concrete pour.
- Pipes, cables and other services are easy to install with Beam Form. Simple cut openings where they are required and seal with tape.
